Eating healthy is great. The information is based on my personal opinion and information I have found to work for me.First mutipy your present body weight by 14 then deduct 500 calories a day. This should be your safe weight loss calories intact per day. For fruit eat 3-4 sevings per day. Avoid white carbs ( such as white bread, pasta).Use whole grain and whole wheat instead.Sweet potatoe no sugar use artificail sweeteners eat fish and chicken( beef is ok once per week) Eat salad with dinner( make the salad colorful. add tomatoes cucumbers, red/green peppers, chic peas artichoke hearts, red onions etc) Low calories low fat dressing. Do not eat any fried foods.veggies. unlimited veggies, Veggies are pretty much free foods. Most importantly, 1 ounce of raw almonds per day.( nibble on them all day.)
