		<description>I believe that diet is important to a a good memory. But I think that memory and mental activity  has at least as an important role to play. Using and exercising the synapse connections in your brain through constant brain activity maintains those connections and avoids and slow their breakdown. The brain is bit like a muscle.... use it or lose it.</description>
