We all find ousleves forgetful and absent minded now and then. But some worry it’s more often. A fading memory is cause my increasing age, anxiety, and decreased blood flow to the brain. Here are some stratergies to enhance memory.
Get uninterupted eight hours of sleep per night.
Do a half hour of cardiovascular exercise per day
Turn yourself up side down a couple times a day
Memory enhancing supplements such as , fish oil, B complex vitamins, Flax seed oil, ginko, and ginseng

I believe that diet is important to a a good memory. But I think that memory and mental activity has at least as an important role to play. Using and exercising the synapse connections in your brain through constant brain activity maintains those connections and avoids and slow their breakdown. The brain is bit like a muscle…. use it or lose it.
